Fra fat på Clapton Craft, Kentish Town: uklar gammelrød med fint skum som varer. Sure røde bær og litt citron. Ikke så mye som minner meg om bringebær. Slank og snerpende. Duftet bedre enn den smakte.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Clear golden pour with a white head. Nice spiced fruit nose, spot of sweet citrus. Taste is similar, whack of apricot jam, quite an underlying sweetness. Spicy sweet fruity finish. Excellent interpretation of the style.

On tap at Ebenezers, Nantwich. Pours a hazy golden yellow with minimal almost white head and good lacing. Continental hops prominent in the aroma plus some hints of berry fruits. In the mouth it is sweet and malty with some continental hops and traces of grains and yeast. It’s reasonable – nothing outstanding.

Draft at Ninkaci, Eastbourne. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is yeasty and sweet malts. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, fresh, dry yeasty, mineral, earthy, herbal, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.
