On tap at Mikkeller Brewpub London, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw, some unfermented wort, and very subdued herbal hops. Flavour is gentle on the hops, but clean at least, with straw, biscuity malt, and very light hopping. Clean but lacking punch.

Keg on the Three Brothers burger barge, Bristol, 07/10/23. Clear golden with an off white cap that thins to a swirl and edgeing. Nose is pale malts, straw, grains, herb, hedgerow. Taste comprises pale malts, lemon nip, grass, grains, herb, crackers, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy enough logger bier.

Draught, shared with Finn at Grumpy Goat. Clear golden body, decent white head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Moderate smell of noble hops and grass. Balanced taste profile of noble hops and pale, cereal malts. Mid-dry ending. Clean on the swallow. Drinks well. Quite alright. (Reading, 01.10.2023).
