Brewver rating number 8,300. 500 ml bottle from Canton brewery. Jet black pour fosters a brief tan head that settles to a scant ring. Aromas of espresso, bittersweet chocolate and black currants. Flavor is intense and warming. Big notes of espresso and dark chocolate ganache. Rich, decadent flavors throughout. Sticky mouthfeel. Long, bittersweet finish and aftertaste.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is vanilla, cake batter, sticky caramel. Gosh damn. That is sweet. Sticky toffee, vanilla, and maybe a weak hint if bourbon. I Hope for some acid and something just a little off here. Too much sweetness.

Really interesting wow! Fudge, vanilla, bourbon I guess, with good mellowness and sticky caramel. That's a lot of vanilla but it's rich and lovely.
Good acidity with lots of long caramel and plentiful acidity. Salted caramel with a medium-light body. Hmmm, this smells a lot better than it tastes. Kind of oxidized with raisin and so much weird acidity. I don't hate a nice acidity but it's a bit leaden with a bit punchy acidity.

Can from Ryan: pours light opaque yellow haze with white head. Aroma is some stone fruit, dankness, hint of earthiness. Taste is lightly sweet, minimal bitterness, some tangy aftertaste. Rounded fruitiness.

16oz can is pulp, lemony yellow, white head. Nose has oats and perfume, lemon blossom, tangerine and big melon. Flavor is very sweet, distracting sweetness, melon sherbet and heavy vanilla. Feels overdone. Full bodied.

Burk med svärsonen. Aromer av cold brew är det första jag känner. Smakmässigt så dominerar cold brew men jag känner cocosen o sötman som balanserar fint upp kaffesmakerna. Ingen fan av kaffestouts men den här är riktigt drickbar.
