500ml bottle from Vinmonopolet, Beitostolen. Kindly fetched from the back by the lady working here’s private stash. Pours clear gold, thinning white head. Aroma is floral with light apple fruit. Taste is distinctly floral with bitter nettles, clean with moderately sweet apple fruit. Wouldn’t have guessed it was hopped, rather added with something floral-like.

0.5l bottle. Oh, it's definitely one of them loud ones this! It wants out of the bottle also! A loud fizzing white head over a cloudy darkish golden colored body. Smells quite nice actually. Mild apply vanilla pie, green acidity, some dusty dry hints. Nice champagne sweetness also. Yeah, I really like this aroma. It's as expected really high on the bubbles, big bubbled and thin oily in the texture, but this works well in a cider. Dusty and dryer in the tastes. Nice breakfast apple juice, you notice that there's a little bit of alcohol in this one. Earthy red apples and apple skin. Smells really nice, tastes absolutely decent making a good overall impression. 08.08.2015

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 29.07.16. Clear red. White head that quickly disappears. Well balanced aroma and taste of raspberry soda, red currants and rhubarb juice. Quite refreshing.

Flaske fra HelgøMeny Hundvågkrossen, delt med Ovesen etter endt fredagsbrygging: ser ut som bringebærbrus, og skummet varte i ca. 10 sekunder. Smaken er friskere enn den søte aromaen, så de har fått til en vellykket kombinasjon av bringebær, rabarbra og rips. Kjøleskapskald er dette en fin og lett sommerforfriskning med god ettersmak. Synd at regnet pøser ned...

0.33l clear bottle. It looks like a cider, clear pale golden with a green cut, on the top only a islandy white little film. Smells like it should also. I could almost have a is that it has a mild fruity hoppy aroma. Nice apply, a mild pear like sweetness. Yeah, nice aroma. It's really high on the carbonation and thin oily in the mouth. Doesn't really taste amazing. It's quite grainy to my surprise. Almost like a apply Berliner Weisse. It has a somewhat strong sweetness, not cloying but still quite sweet. The high carbonation makes it somewhat fresh, but it's not an amazing tasting cider this. 08.09.2015

Sample from bottle at ASKO-messe, as Balholm Handverkcider av eple. ABV is 4.7%. Extremely pale colour, nearly like water. Nice apple aroma. Fresh and medium sweet apple flavour.
