375ml bottle split with the missus at Boerenerf. Misted gold with a decent swede. Fresh and lightly funky. Dessert apple character throughout. No acidity here.

Bottle. Le Comptoir Belge. Hazed gold. Solid lasting, semi lacing white foam. Looks boss. Nose has so much peach and nectarine you’d think this was fruited. Light oak. Some citrus. Some sweaty funk. Taste is peachy sweet for a nano second then gets lightly tart and light bitter. Drinkability is high. As in smashable. Juicy tart finish. Glorious.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Light haze on a straw gold. Humungous head eventually settled. Soft lightly savoury smoke. Wheat. Bit of mineral. Taste is lightly sweet first off getting dry and mineraly. Very refreshing overall with good burp inducing fine carbonation. Clean dry-ish finish. Lovely stuff.

Can. Le Comptoir Belge. Mostly clear pale gold. Decent white swede. Nose has ripe resinous hop. Ripe citrus. Lean sweet malt. Taste is fairly sweet with moderate sappy hop bitterness. Good body. Piny bitterness to finish. Good albeit a tad sweet first off.

Can. Le Comptoir Belge, Brussels. Almost clear pale gold. Slim lasting sticky white foam. Nose is yeast forward coming across lightly herbal and light spicy. Hops are well in the background with notes of ripe citrus and maybe some dark berry fruit. Taste has sweetness up front with some dryness and some light tang of bitterness. Drinks well enough albeit a tad sweet. Bitterness rises as it goes along. Ok.

Bottle. Le Comptoir Belge, Brussels. Not sure what the user below rated but this is not copper amber coloured. It’s light hazy pale straw with a very decent soppy sticky white foam. Nose has tangy citrus. Whiff of pine. Some US hop dank thing going on. It actually smells a little bit like Jaipur. Super clean (no doubt in part due to the rice in the grist?) backdrop. Taste is clean and airy but not without some depth. Clean lean bitter finish. Absolute class IPA.
