Description
We're a free-thinking craft cider company that doesn't like being constrained. In fact we only like making craft ciders as naturally and as simply as possible - using the very best fresh apples, small batch techniques, wild yeasts and 100% juice. The resulting ciders are full of depth, character and as near to perfection as we can get them

Straight from the barrel @ Perry's Cider Farm, Ilminster. Pours a clear pale gold. Wild, sour apple fruit on the nose. Taste presents a biting astringency, soft tannin, confident acidity, high fruit content, drying close.

Cask handpull at The Fuggles Beer Cafe Tunbridge Wells. Hazy gold colour no head. I do like a cider to cleanse the palate. This one is medium to dry. Some lingering sugar. Some fresh apple juice. Some dryness on the finish which is more tannin. Gets the gums but is sweet as well. A bit sugary. But decent flavour.

Clear amber. Aroma is ripe apple flesh with some cinnamon buttercream and vanilla. Taste is tart dry apple and slight chalkiness. So dry its almost not drinkable. Still soothing.

Bottle from Booths Supermarket, Media City. Clear golden cider. Tangy-sweet, slightly dry, its apple is stated enough in both aroma and taste with its strength not impacting on things too much.
