Pours unclear dark amber, decent white head. Smell is weak, mild ambermalty. Taste is bit bitter, spicy / herbal, oregano is very hidden, or perhaps my taste-barrier is to high for this spice I use in such big amounts when coocking. No lemon peel was recognized here. Aftertaste is very metallic, but it doesn't neccessary bother me ( accept for the quality side of this brew ). OK

Pours very dark caramelly brown. Decent white head with a good stability. Smell is clean from esthers, as it should, with a crisp maltyness. mild caramelly / chocolate undertone of the dark malts, but very hidden. No real hop aspects. not overly intense. Taste is surprisingly complex. Cereal maltyness, with failry much aromatics such as dark chocolate and caramel. decent bitterness. grassy notes from the hops. Perhaps could have used more balance and 'roundness'. I also get a slight metallic aftertaste. Appart from that though, this is a pretty damn fine lager !

Tap at beerstorming. Pours deep redblonde. Decent white head. smell is full, sweet vanilla/butter from the oak, but not oaky on its own. Bit sweet. Taste is sharp, tad sweet , full on oaksweetness (vanilla) rather thin mf to usual standards, but very nice mf to beerstorming standards. Rather high carbo. Not bad at all. Don't get smoked or peated though, so the concept seems a bit off here...

Bottle from Beerstorming. To the best of my knowledge the first attempt to a sour ale by this Brewery, after more than 100 ohther brews. Pours rather unclear yellowblonde. Small to no head. Smell is bit spicy, rather weak. Taste is mildly tart, very little salt. A bit hollow. mild spices. Aftertaste is nice and malty, but again a bit shallow. this one aint bad, but it truly tastes like a gose + water to me... Should have been way more pronounced.
