On tap at Cornerstone Burger Company, Northfield, VT on 06/02/2018.
Into a tulip.
Appearance is in the picture
Aroma: nice peachy sweet to nectarine fleshy sweetness, subtle clean malts underneath
Flavor: copies the aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet blend; finishes clean and juicy through those fruits
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; very good smoothness with nothing burdensome anywhere; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done NEIPA.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark burnt oranage haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple/papaya/grapefruity/mango hop tones with some lemony sweet hop notes and a light mixed citrusy zest underneath; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet and slightly juicy sort of quality; finishes juicy with a light mixed citrusy zest
Texture: medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; good smoothness with nothing distracting, good low carb and low hop bitterness
Overall: I wish I could come back to this but I get it and realize the next time they brew an anniversary beer I'll be sure to try it.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: pale chalky yellow to almost orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to mixed citrusy hoppy notes up front and a lighter hop note of lemon; light crackery malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes slightly dry with floral and lemony hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with not much distracting to the flow; seems like the dry hopping was evenly dispersed, good carb
Overall: pretty good blonde ale that the dry hopping did this beer well.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: murky dark orange color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: sweet pine needle, mixed citrusy hops and a light orangey hop sweetness; caramel/toffee malts and a little bit of biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter then onto bittersweet sort of blend; finishes clean through malty and piney toned hops
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness; good carb level; medium to low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nice enough IPA I could come back to.

Appearance: dark yellow haziness with finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hop tones, bitter piney hops, sweet oniony/garlicy hops and a light clean malt backbone
Flavor: mixes on up the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to garlicy/oniony sweet quality; finishes piney & garlicy with a speck of dry but a slight juiciness
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium; good sessionability; some smoothness; love how the hops I smelled and tasted seem to have super smoothed out here and do not affect how this feels
Overall: pretty good NEPA I would return to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick orange haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hops, subtle piney hops, slight orangey hop tones and some pineapple-y hops; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet juicy blend; finishes mostly juicy through the pineapple & mixed citrusy hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness and a little dusting of hop bitterness assertiveness but that actually seems to smooth out more with more sips
Overall: I'd return to this one as I didn't mind that really low key bitterness.

Appearance: dark orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely and left some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy bitter rind-like hops, some piney hops; subtle grapefruity hops; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to bitter character; finishes semi-bitter with a dry sort of juiciness to it
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; light smoothness with some dryness gripping to the tongue, good low carb
Overall: they call it a NEIPA but it's a bit more bitter than a fair amount of other NEIPA's I've had.

Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark malts with good roastiness, subtle smoke; cocoa powder, lingering wafer malt sweetness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet and roasty quality; finishes semi-roasty, a touch of sweet & pinch of bitterness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with a nice carb and subtle non-offensive dryness
Overall: good porter as it is with not many frills about it.

Appearance: pitch black color with a quarter finger of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark roasted malts, light coffee bean stains; grilled pineapple, light notes of cocoa powder and a little bit of mixed citrusy hops
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a fine sweet to roasty and semi-bitter quality; finishes the same with a nice light dryness
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness but also the expected dryness about this. Good carb level, some palate wrecking capabilities
Overall: nicely done black IPA but probably not one of the best "palate wrecking" black IPA's out there.
