Description
Tatamagouche's very own organic craft brewery!
Many years ago, a two-headed calf came to Tatamagouche. We think it's no coincidence that he happened to show up here. After all, Tatamagouche is a place of many strange and wonderful things. It's a little town with big ideas. A town that's always looking forward while still keeping an eye on the past. This two-headed place is our home and it inspired us to make good beer for good people. Beer that just happens to be a mix of the traditional and the unexpected.
We are the Tatamagouche Brewing Company.
Let's raise a glass to Pure Tatamagoodness.

650 ml bottle, thanks to Adamchandler. Toffee, raisins, brown sugar aroma. The flavor has mild levels of dark fruits covered in sugar. English toffee, figs, with a slight bitterness still on the finish. I can’t find any barrel anyplace, nowhere.

500 ml bottle thanks to Adamchandler. Amber color, no head. Aroma is nothing but caramel. Flavor has a mild red grape, unripe need fruit, and a ton of booze. Plenty of booze. Like real warming sensation down your throat.

500mL bottle shared by Adam on 10.13.18. Hazy amber. Off-white head to ring. Smells like malt. Light alcohol isnt sharp or messy. Tastes wacky. Lots of acidity and spice with rich caramel. Definitely unique and has a nice Scandinavian farmhouse character. Rich and malty but well-attenuated. Tight carbonation and moderate barrel character. Surprisingly light on the booze.

Undated AdamC-shared can drunk 10.13.18. Lightly hazy, white head to ring. Pale, lemony yellow. Nose is fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and well-integrated lactic acid. Nice and clean with a strong aroma. Good maltiness and engaging carbonation with low acidity and a very lovely citrus and tropical fruit flavor. Clean not very lactic and quite drinkable. Good dryness.

16 oz. can thanks to Adamchandler. Color is a bright yellow. Aroma shows lime, lemon peel, and acid. The lemon / lime character with the mild acid and light lingering tartness is about what you would expect for a kettle sour. Overall, it really isn't my style at all but this certainly is drinkable.
