16 oz shaker pint draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is a soft honey malt, along with a touch of grass, and some yeast. The taste is a clean mix of the cereal grain malt, softly sweet honey and herbal yeast. The palate is medium bodied with softer carbonation and the pleasant yeast finish. Solid, easy drinking beer.

14 oz goblet draft pour at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is. An opaque black with a well formed ½ inch dark tan head. The aroma is fresh char roast malt, along with cane sugar sweet and earthy pine hop. The taste is a clean blend of the roast caramel cane sugar malt with the hops showing as earth and pine and finishes crisp with soft mineral and additional roast. The palate is medium to heavier bodied, soft natural carbonation and the clean mineral finish. Nicely made, easy drinking for strength.

8 oz goblet draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is an opaque black brown khaki with a 1/2 inch head, with pretty lace coating the glass. The aroma is coffee grounds, roast malt, mild cane sugar and soft vanilla. The taste is the coffee, clean, roast, coffee bitterness, with a bit of char malt and very little of the sweet I got in the nose. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the bitter roast finish, a hint of the cane sugar sweet as it warms. Solid coffee stout.

8 oz goblet draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is clear brown copper with a smallish light tan head. The aroma is a fresh, clean, softly sweet and nutty malt along with some dry grass. The taste is focused on the malt, crisp and clean nutty sweet malt, with grass drying out towards the back and a bit of apple fruit in the finish. The palate is light bodied, soft natural carbonation and the apple to the back. Solid Dunkel.

8 oz goblet draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is an opaque black brown with a small light tan head. The aroma is fresh roast malt, pine, soft sweet citrus and additional lingering roast. Super fresh nose. The taste is bright roast and pine hop nicely integrated clean and fresh. The citrus is also present, and the finish has the clean roast and clean bitterness drying the beer out. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and the super crisp and clean finish begging for another sip. Best beer I have tasted in a while.

Shaker pint draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a slight haze golden yellow with a minimal white head. The aroma is clean lemongrass, earthy with some wheat grain. The taste is strong lemongrass, though it evens out and blends nicely with the wheat grain and soft Saison yeast. The palate is medium bodied with soft to low carbonation and a lingering lemongrass. Tasty, easy drinking Saison.

8 oz draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is slightly hazed yellow golden with a foamy bright white head that is lasting, and leaves great lace. The aroma is super fresh hops, pineapple citrus along with wheat grain. The taste is a nice blend of the fresh pineapple, and the wheat grain body which is also quite fresh. The palate is medium bodied with an unfiltered mouth feel and natural carbonation and a pleasant hoppy pineapple finish. Clean, easy drinking hoppy wheat. Well done.

The palate is medium bodied with natural carbonation and the dry bitter finish. Tasty IPA.

8 oz draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is an opaque dark brown black with a ½ inch khaki head that leaves behind pretty lace on the glass. The aroma is a strong, clean peanut butter along with roast and char malt notes. The taste is peanut butter right away, not as sweet as the nose, blended nicely with the roast char malt and some pleasant pine bitterness to the dry finish. The palate is medium to light bodied soft natural carbonation and the roast and lingering peanut butter finish. Well executed.
