Flavour has a great elderflower character, gentle funk, and earthy funk. One of the better elderflower lambics out there and one of the best Timmermans.

330mL bottle at International Geuze & Kriek Festival 2025, pours a hazy dark pink with a small white head. Aroma has bright strawberry, a touch of thyme, not much funk. Flavour is sweet, with lots of spicy thyme, strawberry syrup, no funk. This is garbagey sweet fake lambic.

Magus, hapukas, kirsine, veits vesine, nisune, kirsikivine. Ok?! Tegelikult ajab see õlu mul natuke **** keema:kirjelduses on traditional kriek, aga koostisosades on: konsentreeritud kirsimahl, "flavorings"(!!!), antioksüdant - E300. Traditional my arse

Hapukas, mõrkjas, vaarikane, nats herbaalne, veits nisu. Siin on ka see limonaadi vaib (kahtlustaks, et vaarikas on ekstraktist) nagu selle seeria õlledel, aga üllatavalt ei ole see üldse lääge. Ok hapukas mõrkjas limps.

Hapu, magus, funky, puuviljane, tsitrus, happeline, nats herbaalne lõpus. Ok, kerge limonaadi vaib on siin ka ikka, aga lambicut on ka, seega lambicu limonaad?!

Lambiku seost on raske näha, see on siiski lääge kergelt metalline ja õrnalt tüümianine maasika limonaad.

250ml bottle. Clear, orange golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally artificial, fruity and minimally spicy aroma, sweet-ish, malty background, hints of peach, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally tart-ish, fruity and minimally spicy, pale and caramel malty basis, hints of peach, a touch of cardamom.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Slightly artificial aroma, balanced taste, refreshing - not so bad.

Bottle. Red color, clear, pink foam. Aroma: sweet, cherry compote, tones of black pepper, slight sourness. Taste: sour with sweetness, cherry compote, a little pepper, so-so.
