Flarra stor ölorivning med ölsemmelieren på wilhemshill . Vi längtar bägge efter öppna denna öl som vi typ vet är hög kvalitet på. Vi testat ett par redigt dåliga Triple ipor innan .Jo här har vi i doften 🍫 CHOKLAD utav helvetes sant lite bourbon . Klunkar och Satans vad mycket choklad 70 % alltså relativt torr . Efterhand minskar chokladen och bourbon ökar åhhhh jättegod . Kan det blir bättre ? jo lite

Flarra på ölprovning på Wilhelmhill med han ni vet! Doftar otroligt mycket 70% choklad. Smaken väldigt balanserad med bourbon russin lite madeira o portvin o som sig bör 70% choklad. Satan så god o med rärr ostjävel lyfter ölen ytterligare. Mmmm det här är bra!

pitch black with barrel aged bubbly small head that is very dark brown.
A lot of booze and some coconut in the aroma. also roasted malts, chocolate, rye.
Flavor is really good, roasted malts, wood, whiskey, faint smoked note, booze liqeur feel to it, cause it's so strong. end is slightly boozy and only very little more roasted malty than the initial impression.

pours very very dark, settles black with a small dark brown head that soon turns into a film head.
really intenes aroma where the first thing i notice is a sweet roasted malty alc. bite, roasted malts, just a lot of roasted malts, and a good dose of alcohol.
flavor is roasted malts, chocolate, wood, bourbon, intensity is high throughout but the end is with a peppery burn added to it. I must say, alc. is very well hidden - most noticeable in the aroma, not so much in the flavor.
Pretty solid traditional imperial barrel aged stout.
refreshing sipper considering all the pastry stuff all over the place.

Doftar sött vin med choklad . Smakar Vinöst likt portvin . Finns lite bourbon därbakom men väl sötig för mig . 4.1

Wilde Bottleshare 17 juli 2025. Wellicht is dit dezelfde vintage als die ik in 2017 van de tap dronk (bij Churchill's, San Marcos, CA), maar dat weet ik niet zeker. Kleur is zeer donker, maar niet pikzwart. Geen schuimkraag (wel CO2). Aroma is boozy, zoet, chocola. Smaak is zoet, alcoholisch. Brandende alcohol. Vrij volle body - maar ook weer niet moddervet. De hazelnoot is nauwelijks (meer) te bespeuren.
