Pale cyclamen, clear beer with a medium, pink head. Faint fruity nose. Rainwater; hint of sage. Sweet and fruity - somewhere halfway artificial and watered fruitjuice. I think the aspartame (thought that was forbidden?) gives the artificial flavour. A flavour like some dry herb - not a kitchen one, more like 'healing' herbs. Light, spritzy, good carbonation. A bit sticky all the same. This beer belongs to a time, not that long ago, when the name craftbeer didn't exist yet, and tradition beers were dying. We can do better now, no?

Little cloudy yellow to orange blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very oxidized, honey, floral, sweet impression, a bit dusty, woody, some red wine notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pretty sourish, peaches and apricots, a bitter touch, floral, some tannins. Aftertaste: more woody, dry, some citrus, red wine, nice, funky touch, good stuff!

Poured from 33cl bottle (from the Fiulijnator Cellar). Very dark brown, a bit foggy, with no head. Soy sauce, dark fruits, cardboard oxidation.

Bottle. Has a malty, sweet taste not much hops. Aroma is that of raisins or some other dried fruit. Dark amber color. I like this beer. Really good for a holiday beer.

Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is bright, citrus zest, light stone fruit, but quite zesty. Crisp mouth feel, clean and light, with a vibrant carb. Bitterness is low to medium. Finish is acidic, fruity, nectarine, and grapefruit.

Bottle at the beer bistro.
Black pour, beige head.
Big roasty aroma, soy, licroice, piney hops. solid mouthfeel, and carbonation. Finish was quite bitter, but very satisfying. Big notes of burnt malt, espresso, and roasted/burnt malts. great stout.
