[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Deep golden. Aroma of stale malt, stale hops, butter. Sweetish flavor with butter, stale malt, and bitterish stale hops. Quite light-bodied.

Pre Borefts Tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. Lightly hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy semi dry palate, mild fine carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Light spicy floralness. Modest citrus fruit and spicy floralness. Light semi dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle split at home with and thanks to James, 23/09/15. Clear golden amber with a decent egg shell white covering that retains well. Nose is melon, vanilla, light caramel, citric sherbets. Taste comprises more caramel, tangerine, light mineral chase, earthy hops, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a touch pedestrian ... could do with hopping up a little.

Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off White covering. Nose is caramel malt, straw, bitter orange. Taste comprises biscuit, toasted bread, spice, orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with grassy bitterness. So so golde ... IPA only in name !

Bottle at ABC Beers Pre-Borefts tasting, The Hague. Pours hazy light orange with a ring off white head. Aroma of light fruits, light citrus and some sweet malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - light sweet malts. Maybe some dried fruit. Taste - more of the same. The fruit is now raisins. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - decent.

Pre Borefts tasting 2015. Amber Hazy lasting white head. . Stale aroma. Really not good. Stale. Eek. 2.0 Re rate Cask handpull at GBBF 2018. 5.1% no carbonation still not very good. Too sweet some diacetyl perhaps. Some pink grapefruit. poor.2.6 bottle thanks to my brother. A lot better. Pink grapefruit is good. Decent malt. Liked it.
