Cask@Moon Under The Water JDW, Balham - pours golden amber with white head. Toasty malty and grassy hoppy aroma and taste, some caramel sweetness, some light citrus notes, grassy and twiggy into the bitter finish.

At GBBF. Thin, off-white head over a light hazy golden coloured beer, the typical looks of a golden ale. Aroma of delicate floral hops, hint of lime blossom even, white bread, some apple but also a rancid butter impression. Rounded, light, malty flavour with fruity edges, soft carbo, bit buttery, quite firm leafy and floral hop bitterness at the back. Balanced, but lacking a bit of body.

Cask at Ealing Beer Festival 2015, Ealing, London. A black coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, slightly hoppy and bitter.

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Almost clear dark brown beer, small pale tah head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, little chocolate. Smooth vanilla. Mildly bitter coffee. Smooth finish. Bitterish coffee and roast malt linger. Not bad.

Cask at the Nags Head, Reading. Bright amber with a tight cream head; aroma of malt and orange squash; and a matching taste, with a very light bitterness before a sweet biscuity finish. A pleasant malty bitter, but not really showcasing the hops.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Magna Carta Real Ale Festival 2015) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had creamy coffee and burnt malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, creamy coffee, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bittter. A nice stout.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Magna Carta Real Ale Festival 2015) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, malts, earth, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice brew but flavours were a bit too thin.
