Bottle as Whole Pack Project No.1-Citra. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Minimal head. Subtle, but juicy, Citra hit. A bit chalky. Taste is moderate bitter, with a balanced sweetness. Very soft carbonation. Finishes creamy, vanilla sweet, with a pithy bitter linger. Chuggable.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Dan. Pours clear gold with a bubbly white head. The nose has dried pale malts, rindy citrus, lemon, grapefruit, straw. Light sweet flavor with a bit of pithy grapefruit, lemon candies, hay, pale bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and pithy on the finish, some lightly bitter straw, rind. Easygoing.

Bottle thanks to Dan. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The nose is clean, sweet, juicy, mandarin, tangerine and candied peel. The taste is crisp, clean, pretty bitter, soapy, orange peel, peppery citrus and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Great aroma to it. Pretty decent stuff.

Gravity poured half-pint on 18th April 2015 at the Stourbridge CAMRA Beer Festival. Strange one really: amber with a white topping. Not too sure I got anything Belgian in my glass: mixed bag of aromas and flavours with the malts just about winning in the taste race. Jury is out on this one: scored objectively.
