Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Bottle from Sourced Market, St Pancras. Poured a cloudy dark brown/ amber with a thin beige head. Aroma of grain, yeast and smokey notes. Roasted malt flavours with bread, wheat and a little grass. Sweet dried fruit mixed with malty cereal on palate.

Bottle: Nose is slightly like ribena with malt, light smoke, hint of vanilla. Lovely brown with a good head. Taste is very woody leading to a strong hazelnut finish. There is light smoke and a pleasing bitter edge, I found it hard to detect the bourbon influence in the taste. Mouthfeel is full with a sharp carbonation. A decent brown beer, with the woody notes to pronounced for my tastes.

Bottle at JF’s, on me tod as he’d already shit the bed, 17/08/13. Murky orange amber with a thin off white head that dissipates edgeward. Nose is perfumed, bitter citrus fruits, over ripened oranges. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, light spice, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Solid enough Belgian Wit.

Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras drunk on the train to Ashford. Ok so probably supposed to be served cold but it is what it is. Hazy old gold colour thick beige head. Estery aroma. I mean it does have a shed load of Nelson Sauvin hops on it. More of a Nelson Sauvin pale ale with a hefe yeast than anything else. Decent and hugely hoppy good bitterness. Yeah I like it.
