Bouteille 75cl @ BXLBeerFest’24. Une première pour Rulles qui sort sa version du célèbre style italien de ‘grape ale’ – pas inconnu à Rulles dont le succès en Italie n’est plus à prouver.
Léger orangé/pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme est sur le floral et fruité gardant une approche assez belge dans sa base maltées et houblonnée – léger effet de cépage en macération.
Palais est fin, caractère belge se ressent directement avec une base cara pâle, froment, pointe rustique, floral surfant sur un houblonnage noble tout en ayant un côté un peu sauvage. Je trouve l’apport de raisins plutôt mitigé voire pas trop sur le devant par rapport à l’attente, le tout se termine avec une fine acidité couplée à l’apport malté belge.

Draught @ Fermentoren Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grass, hay, Belgian yeast and hint of banana. Taste medium sweet and light bitter with a long grassy, floral and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

Amber with a frothy, white head. Subdued peppery, herbal aroma with touches of sweetened dough and fruit candy. Taste is mildly bitter with dry finish that’s both slightly peppery and slightly fruity. Body to the light side of medium, moderate carbonation, quite watery texture. Pleasant easy-going sipper that doesn’t, in the end, leave much of an impression.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Malty, sweetish, some fruity notes, bit yeasty and spicy. Medium bodied.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianco sporco pannosa persistente, color giallo oro torbido con lieviti in sospensione, al naso lieviti belgi spezie frutta gialla marmellata di pesche leggera scorza d’arancia, in bocca è speziata marmellata di pesche arancia candita miele note erbacee, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, astringente, alcool ben in evidenza, attacco dolce con un amaro accentuato lungo nel finale.
