Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Bottle from Utobeer at Leighton’s Beer, Bocce and Boozer tasting. It pours pale straw yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is lime, coriander, spice and fresh coconut. The taste is dominantly lime, as well as lemon, herbal, citrus pith, white grape and hay, with good bitterness in the finish. Does what it says on the bottle.

Bottle from Utobeer at Leighton’s Beer, Bocce and Boozer tasting. It pours very dark brown/nr black, with a decent beige head. The nose is roasted malt, caramel, toffee and chocolate. The taste is roasted malt, coffee, charcoal, dark fruit, chocolate and a hint of smoke, with a dry-roast finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Another solid brew from SW.

On tap at the Euston Tap. Light haze on this gold beer. Untidy short white head. Crisp palate turning softer. Minerals. A little creamy malt. Fairly bitter hops - minerally grapefruit. Trace of orange marmalade. More creamy malt to finish.

The taste is spice, hay, floral (in particular jasmine) and quite a bit of soap, with a bitter-dry finish. Light-medium body and lowish carbonation. Good, but a bit too much soap.

Keg at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a foamy white head. Lovely aroma of melon, pineapple, grass and pee. Light to medium sweet flavor with strong grass and dandelion bitterness, some grapefruit and other citrus rind, and a bit of dirt. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Some dry, sticky grass to finish with crunchy biscuits and pale malts. Lasting dandelions and grass. The bitterness is a bit too abrasive in the end. Otherwise, pretty good.
