Fairly clean, golden colour with a bubbly off-white cap that disappates quickly, leaving a little ring. A nice juicy-sour lime nose over the corn, cereal malts. I even got a Pilsner spiciness at first pour. Lime flavours with the mild matliness, and a slight salty finish. A fine Mexican Lager with the added lime and sea salt, kind of siding with a Gose, but a little less punchier as the Lager it is.

Pours a clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy off-white head, with decent retention, leaving some foamy-soapy lacing. A nice, cereal malt base with a touch of rye and softer grassy hops. Caramel malt in the taste with a tad stronger hops, and a nice herbal, drying finish. A smooth Pale Ale with a nice balance of maltiness and hoppiness, that gives fits the APA style. --- Beer merged from original tick of Chelsea & Co Après-Ski on 07 Jan 2025 at 07:10 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. Original review text: Clean, golden colour with an amber hue, nice carbonation, a frothy warm, light-beige coloured head, good stay and foamy lacing. A caramel malt base with some light grassiness, spiciness. The taste has the same mild hoppiness over the cereal malt with a spicy touch. A crisp mouthfeel with a smooth dryness in the finish. A nice refreshing APA with hops that builds, and some Pilsner-like spiciness.

Bottle. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is pungent overly ripe fruit, mango, soft stone fruit and an odd dirty dish rag. Mouth feel is soft, finish is fruity, tropical, and semi sweet with a saline finish.
