J’ai été vraiment surpris par celle-ci. C’est tourbeux, juste assez acide et étrangement fumé. Chapeau pour l’innovation, c’est super bien fait! Aucunement conventionnel mais tout est tellement bien intégré.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Golden color, hazy to cloudy, with large compact head. The aroma is very spicy, funky. The mouthfeel is very smooth, quite dry, but it doesn’t feel so; lean malt character, a bit of hay, and strong spicy yeast flavor, a bit funky; the moderate bitterness come through with an impression of wood, bitter orange peel, and some astringency.
I can’t see how this is a Sour. Excellent Belgian Saison.

Cloudy golden color. Sour funky fruity nose with a bit of rye and cracker. Very carbonated funky Brett mouth slightly sour with hops a bit restrained. Brett is perhaps a bit too strong, but still a good beer.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur orangée translucide, mousse blanc cassé laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de Brett, agrumes, malt légèrement caramélisé, poire, alcool, levure. Goût de poire, Brett plus subtil qu’anticipé, malt, alcool, amertume moyenne-élevée un peu agressante. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen-dense.

Dark brown color, near black. Nice aroma, roasted and smoked malts, nice character. Dry mouthfeel, a bit thin; good malts, elegant dark caramel and roasted nuts, a bit easy in the final.

650ml bottle from Peluso, Montreal; tasted at Matt’s. Pours a very dark brown with a brown head. Aroma is roasted malt and seeds. Taste is roasted malt and seeds, some dark fruits notes. Burnt malt aftertaste. Good one.

650mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of bitter, dry oats upfront, with a touch of bitterness, some roast, and dry cocoa powder. Flavour is hearty, full of dry oats, bitter dry cocoa powder, and a touch of roast. Very oat-dominated. Hearty and easy to drink.

Bottle - Light funk, earthy notes and some raisin. Deep brown with a beige head. Funky, light toast and dark malts with a dirty piney finish. Not a huge fan of this.
