Pours hazy yellow (with particles) with a big white head. The aroma contains (buck)wheat, citrus, yeast and hay. It tastes light sweet and light sour. The finish is long, dry, light bitter and spicy. Thin body, watery texture and decent carbonation. It’s like a Pils, but then organic.

Pours rather clear blonde, some small yeastflakes held me from pouring the sediment. Smell is very weak. Taste is sharp, bit sweet. Not really as fresh as a usual white beer. very light body, making it easely drinkable. OK, i guess, but nothing special at all.
