330 ml bottle. Almost clear until the last pour, that’s hazy yellow, golden body under a big white head. Quite mild but delicate aroma of grain, spices, yeast, fruit and soap. Flavor is sweet pale malt, some fruit, spicy yeast, wheat and some coriander. Medium pluss body and average aftertaste. Nothing special or extraordinary really, just a pretty average slightly undefined Belgium ale with some Biere de garde, Saison and Triple qualities. No off flavors and somehow quite pleasant after a while without being impressive.

330ml bottle taken by me at the Shrewsbury Beer Share on 17th Feb 2016, obtained in De Bierboom, Brugge. Poured a slightly hazy terracotta, thin off-white crown. Aroma was malty/fruity, yeasty and herbal spice notes. The taste was malty and on the sweet side, strange spicy feel to the flavour: interesting and different. Liked it.

330ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, Feb 16, courtesy of Sir Jeremy Haddock. Many thanks. Pours clear deep amber, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty with a little spice. Taste brings interesting unfamiliar spice, pithy citrus, lime, more spice and wit yeast. Different.
