Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras and drunk at home. Glue and saison yeast aroma. Some hop some saison yeast, carbonation is both too much and flat. It’s just not a very good beer in this bottle. Ugly aroma and the flavour is ok but no great shakes some banana ester. Rest is not great.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear red-brown, thin off-white head. Grapefruit and a woody maltiness on the aroma. Taste is sweet, expected it to be more bitter. Not bad.

Cask at Craft 100 2014. It pours lightly hazy golden with a tiny white head. The nose is creamy, candied peel, mild sweetness, tangerine and some sherbet. The taste is bitter, lemon peel, grapefruit, straw/grass, pepper, soap and light grass with a dry finish. Light-medium body and low carbonation. Alright.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. It pours cloudy gold with a tiny white head. The nose is sweet juicy cherry, sweet stone fruit, candy, barnyard and light vinegar in the background. The taste is pretty tart upfront, acidic, cherry skin, raspberry, Granny Smith apple, wood, graininess, cider vinegar and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and prickly carbonation. A touch vinegary/acidic for my liking, but decent anyhow.

Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras and drunk at home. Hazy dark amber lasting white head. Amber colour lasting white head. Some good hop aroma but also some very slight plastic. Better in mouth, some caramel malt. Sweetish IPA. Some bitterness on the finish, which is kinda the best thing about the beer other than the flavour. It’s ok apart from the aroma.
