Bottle from Maketplace Alehouse and Deli, Doncaster. Hazy gold. Bubbly film of off white head. Yeast, lemongrass and herb on the nose. The thyme comes through straight away on first sip, and doesn’t fade. Very tasty, and definitely delivers its promise, but it’s not for me.

330ml bottle at home. Pours hazy amber with big white head. A spicy light saison with initial teasing lemongrass, before an unwelcoming burst of thyme that really lingers on the palette. Not a combination that works for me I’m afraid.
