Keg at a stall at Brixton Pop. Slightly murky dull gold with a thin white head and a light fizz. Biscuit, grass and light floral notes. Thin, but crisp and refreshing. It was what I wanted at the time as a light afternoon thirst-quencher, but really it was rather dull flavourwise.

Keg at CBC Giles, 27/07/16. Black with a well appointed khaki cap. Nose is chocolate, roast malt, light spice, charr, brown bread, toffee. Taste comprises cocoa powder, light roast, coffee cake, pinch of spice, biscuit, hint of dark fruit. Medium body, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid stout ... ticks all of the style boxes very well.

Euston Tap. Keg. Light haze on this amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and minerally crisp. Thin malts, some caramel and a trace of cream. Ripe fruits. A little orange peel. Mild hop spice and pine. Light dry finish. A bit caramel and a bit ripe.
