Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 22A). Bottle 51 cl - Batch undeclared (BB undeclared - Bottled on 03.07.25). AROMA: medium-high to high hop aroma with citrus notes (lime, slight grapefruit), slight mint. medium-low neutral and soft malt background. APPEARANCE: yellow color and cristal clear. medium white head, creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-high hop flavor (lime, grapefruit, mint, pine). medium-low neutral and slightly sweet malt background. medium-high to high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish that persists but isn't harsh. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. no hop derived astringency. OVERALL: the reason this beer is on the BJCP commercial examples.

On a four beer flight at Stadium Brewing on 10th April 2025. Golden body, white crown. Hoppy little number with both piney and citrusy notes on a solid malt base.

US Pint at Stadium Brewing on 10th April 2025. Came so cold I couldn't smell or taste anything for a good five minutes. Slight haze to the amber/brown body, thin off-white head. Bitter hops, no citrus, it's woody, earthy and I suppose has a tea like feel in the finish.

510ml bottle from brewery. Bright, clear golden pour, nice one finger foamy white head fades to a thin skin across the surface. The aroma hit me from across the table, piney, resiny, hoppy. Taste is all about the hops, sharp bitterness with some resinous notes and a touch of dank. Oily feel with a long lingering bitterness. ABV sneaks up on you.

Was in 🇧🇧 when this dropped in my area on draft, so was bummed that I missed out. Then, got a package from the 🐐 Friday at work, a 2025 bottle of Younger. Thank you so much TQ!
The Ghost and I are enjoying it on a nice spring evening outback.

Complex and layered in the way you wish all sour/wild beers could be. Citric tartness leads to a dry, oak-tinged bitter streak underlined by funk and a touch of vanilla. Finishes with a hint of Chardonnay sweetness and a firm bitter fade. Lovely beer.

500ml bottle. Pineapple aroma with notes of mango, papaya, tangerine, grapefruit and floral hops. Pours hazy golden-orange colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with papaya, grapefruit and floral hop flavors. Very nice hazy.
