Bottle - Caramel, sweet malts, boozey, more like a barley wine. Clear copper no head. Boozey and tastes like a barley wine. Spicy and lots of burn, not sure what they were going for, not that great.

Bottle pours murky brown with a thin tan head and massive amounts of carbonation causing a gusher. Smells and tastes old and infected. Citrus butter bomb. Not pleasant.

12 ounce bottle. Dark amber red color topped by a medium-sized creamy beige head. Rich toasted malt aroma has obvious notes of rye malt. Complex toasted malt combines with piney hops to produce a big bodied bittersweet ale. Finishes bitter and spicy with astringent notes.

22oz bomber pours with a clear deep ruby red body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma is full and pulsing with dates, brown sugar, figs and a bit of caramel malts. Another pull brings up more figs and lagery yeasty and lightly fruity esteriness. The taste is similar as it is full of robust levels of dates flowing into some figs and prunes and browns sugar and caramel malts. There’s hops in this? I guess. There are lots of pleasing flavors mingling around together creating plenty of interest as well as balance. Cool beans.
