A sweetish but very dry amber beer. Has a nice fruity tone but it’s just too dry. Banana note in the finish.

Bottle at Kerstbier Festival, Essen, Belgique, 18.12.10 Loz said that I chose this based on the label, she’s probably right but it did have my name in it as well so I was rather drawn to this beer. Soft carbonation, chestnut in colour, warmth from the alcohol. Some unripe and with sour fruits this was a fruity twangy spiciness. Bit rough around the edges but likeable and more so for an interesting label :-) A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

First Snowfall of the Season tasting in Odense. Gusher ith brett notes, possibly not as the brewer intended (possibly more interesting?). Golden beer with floaties, small white head leaving lace. Aroma of bread and biscuit with some citrus and a hint of spicy. Sweet spicy and biscuit-y dlavour, with a herbal touch, and a resinous and brett-like drying and bitter finish.

Bottle: Poured a reddish orange amber with a off white head. Aroma is hops, spice, and fruit. The taste is similar in that there is loads of spice and fruit with a hint of veggie and hops in the finish.

On tap. Nothing exciting, some caramel and malts on the nose, tastes as such. Decent drinking beer, doesn’t stand out.
