O:8.04 V:4.4 G:4.95 C:2.5 G:9.6 T:29.49

375ml bottle that pours a dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a mocha-coloured head, average stay and a nice topping over the brew, a few lacing spots left. Big chocolate nose with some vinegar notes, mild sourness and hints of cranberries. The taste shows a bit more of the sour-vinous side over the roasted-chocolate malt base with the fruit lingering in the background. A tad coffee all-around. Not a bad brew, interesting, but lacking a little finesse, balance to have the roasted malt stand out with a little warming alcohol.

Clean, dark brown colour with ruby and amber highlights, a frothy light-beige head with good stay and lacing. Roasted malt aromas with a touch of freshly grounded coffee and a tad fruitiness. The taste continues this fruity-burnt barley base with hints of berries. The coffee nicely comes out a little more in the aftertaste, lingering. An easy-going stout with the coffee being mildly blended, and a tad of berries.

O:6.6 V:4.35 G:8.0 C:3.15 G:16.45 T:38.55

Hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and lacing, with a coating that stays on the brew. Aromas are a little sour, lightly funky, oranges and yeasty. Sour flavours with Brett-funk and citrus notes. A nice Bretty Saison that gives a lot.

Last can found that pours a lightly hazy, golden-amber colour with a smaller, warm-frothy head leaving a little foam on the brew. A really nice blend in the aromas of fruitiness from the IPA side, and the Kveik with a tad sourness. Some peachiness and a touch of honey in the taste. The mouthfeel is on the thin side with a little tart left on the tongue and light dryness. An interesting sour Kveik IPA that is not too sour, but shows a nice fruitiness with the special yeast.

Bottle from my first trip at the brewery. Hazed, amber colour with golden highlights, a fizzy head that disappears quickly, but carbonation is lively, continuing a fizzy top in the middle. Particles from the fruit-flower floating around. Mild vinegary aromas with the blending of blackberries and hibiscus. The fruitiness comes out on top in the flavour, with the wildness in the background. A nice blackberry-hibiscus beer with a tamer wild-funkiness - which I appreciate.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a small off-white bubbly head that does not stay long, leaving no lacing. Big Brett-like aromas with funkiness, sourness, vinegar and a touch of Saison. Flavours are also funky, sour with pear notes, a tad citrus, but not getting much of the NEIPA side, nor the Saison, as the wild-side takes over. Too bad, sounded like a cool blend of three styles - but Brett won.

Hazy golden with an orange hue, a smaller off-white head leaving some foam over the brew. The HBC 1019 is adding quite a lot in the aromas with citrus, tropical fruits, stone fruits and mild caramel in the background. The taste has citrus zest, light juices, a hints of wax and a nice drying finish. Lingering are tropical fruit notes, blending with the rest. A nice smelling juicy NEIPA with some good zesty-dryness in the mouth.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, an off-white head, decent stay and some wet lacing spots. Citrus aromas with orange juice, lemon zest, a tad honey, peaches, pineapples and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is juicy, a tad thinner, but with a fairly drying finish. A nice balance of orange juice and lemon zest in the taste - as well. A decent NEIPA, but a little too dry for me.
