Caramélisée et fruitée en entrée de bouche tout en se rangeant du côté épicé et chaleureux par la suite.
Une pointe de houblons terreux se glisse dans la palette.
Caramel, prunes, alcool parfumé, poivre et banane en sont les principales saveurs.
La finale, mi-sèche, incorpore épices, terre et alcool pour restreindre l’amertume.
Surprenante Dubbel, bien ficelée mais sans la carbonatation Belge typique.

Fairly clean, amber colour with golden highlights, a whitish cap, good stay and lots of soapy lacing. Beautiful, slow, tiny-bubble carbonation. A nice, fresh Brett scent with some sourness, funkiness, and hints of earthiness. The taste continues this, a touch milder, with the white grapes lingering with the funk-sour notes. Some apples do show up as well. Gets a little hazy at the last pour. Quite a nice, refreshing Bretty-sour beer with a touch of Sauvignon Blanc wine.

A very slight haze to start with, golden with nice tiny-bubble carbonation, a white cap, decent stay and some lacing spots. Belgian aromas with spices, banana-wheat notes, mild sugars and some alcohol that eventually comes out. The mouthfeel has a touch of stickiness, but nice light dryness in the finish, with the alcohol just adding a warming touch. Hints of grassiness in the back, but not overpowering. Flavours of spicy malts and apples. Was not expecting this brew to be so close to a real Belgian Tripel, but it. Well brewed!

Hazy, bright golden colour with a white frothy head, decent stay and some foamy lacing patches. Lemon zest bitterness in the aromas with a touch of grassiness. Citrus juicy-zesty taste with hints of berries, some tropical fruits and herbal notes. A juicy, wet mouthfeel with a building light-zest dry finish. An interesting NEIPA with the Krush hops adding a tad berry-herb addition to the citrus.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with an amber hue, a white frothy head, average retention and some sticky lacing spots, and a foamy ring on the brew. Mineral notes in the nose with a touch of mintiness, grassiness, piney-oranginess - so lots going on, but a little strange. The taste is a little more West Coast with citrus zest, piney notes, mild caramel and good dryness in the end. A tad pineapples and the mint again. Kind of a weird, unbalanced West Coast IPA that still works, but had better for the style, from this brewery.
