A lightly hazed golden rosey ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light brett, light tropical fruits, light buttery notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Pours a very slight hazed, golden colour with a fizzy-bubbly off-white head that does not stay much, and no lacing left. The aromas still have lots of citrus with those hops, reminding me a little more of a NEIPA - not West Coast. Tropical fruits, stone fruits... and then, come grassiness comes out, with a touch of pine. The taste is more like the style should be - grassy, a little piney and decent bitterness. Not juicy (of course), but wet enough to be refreshing, and the building dryness is nice. Resinous notes do linger softly. Not the best looking beer, and the nose is a mix of the two coasts, but the flavours are at least salvageable.

Hazy golden-beige colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some decent foamy lacing. Lots of particles through it, even some hop pieces floating, and not ending well in the mouth. Citrus aromas with some vinous notes from the Riwaka-Topaz, and tropical fruits from the El Dorado. Some peach comes out in the flavours with the citrus notes blending with the white grapes. Some pretty strong bitterness in the finish - especially for a NEIPA. This might be the first time that those hops floating around, as felt in the mouth, so spitting them out. The rest is a good IPA that has good juiciness, fruitiness for the NE-style, but has stronger bitterness in the end.

Pours a clean, dark brown with ruby-copper highlights, a big frothy-bubbly warm, light-mocha coloured head, good retention and spots of soapy lacing all-around. Mild roasted malt aromas with a touch of dark fruits, chocolate, coffee, licorice and even banana notes. The taste shows milder roasted barley as base, with a tad molasses blended with some nice hops to finish things off. A very easy-drinking dark lager with still lots going one, but well-balanced.

Mildly hazy, bright light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, average retention and lots of foamy lacing spots. Lemon, citrus nose with some Belgian yeast notes giving a touch of spices. The taste is milder, but still has the citrus, yeast and spices. Quite an easy-drinking Grisette with all of these fresh Saison notes in a lighter version.

O:8.69 V:2.5 G:8.06 C:4.6 G:16.95 T:40.8

Slightly hazed, unfiltered golden colour with a fizzy-bubbly white head, average lasting and leaving a bit of foamy lacing spots. Found these two older cans of Gallicus Pils (original and this one in barrel of Sauvignon Blanc). Apple, pear aromas. These two fruits continue in the taste and the oak barrel really comes out with the vanilla-wood notes. Hints of grapes. Quite a nice oaked Pilsner - hope I can try a fresh one, one day to have the Nelson Sauvin really stand out with the wine grapes.

Hazed golden colour with a bunch of particles through it, lively carbonation, a frothy-bubbly white head, good stay and some decent patches of lacing. White grapes, wine aromas over mild straw malts and yeast. The taste reminds me more of the Pilsner style with good dryness in the end. Good hop grassiness over the straw malts and hints of spiciness from the Saaz. Not a bad Italian Pilsner with a Nelson Sauvin nose.

Pours a dark brown with ruby highlights, a warm beige head, decent stay and some nice lace spots and streaks. Getting a bunch of coconut in the nose. over the roasted barley adding lots of fine sweetness that balances the flavours. The taste blend the coconut notes with the mild rum flavours, hints of molasses, roasted malts and spices. Reminds me of the great Bas-Canada dessert Imperial Stouts, but because being a Baltic Porter, not as thick in the mouth. Quite a beautiful brew!
