Pretty interesting beer. Just gives me a notion of what a gose tastes like, though don’t have much point of comparison in that category. Aroma of of sour wheat, sour barley and yeast. Pours cloudy blond with decent lacing. Leaves sour with a bit of spice, maybe coriander. A little haylike bitterness reminiscent of some saisons. Tap at volos.
