Clear amber pour, rocky beige head. Biscuity, pale crystal malt aroma with touches of fruity floral hops. Light bitterness pleasant herbal hopy finish. Noting fancy but a very very solid session ale. An english style apa if thats possible. Thanks john!

On tap at c’est what.
Nice fruity sweet berry aroma. Pretty straight forward, not much else going on, but im impressed at how it doesnt seem too artificial, its quie inviting. The flavor is more kf the same, with a touch of sourness, its not a cloying sweet mess like more fruit beers. Super refreshing, im very impresed.

On Tap at C’est What?.
Golden pour, very little head. Aroma of berries, and light grains. The raspberry, and berry flavors very annoying, and cloying, and taste more and more artificial.

Light copper, small white head. Lots of caramel, cereal, light roasted nuts, and bread. Sweet caramel, toffee finish with great cereal malt. Quite nice.

Great sweet aroma of roasted malt, coffee, and some light port wine notes. Flavor is again, very roasty, very full bodied, lots of coffee, and some deep port/fruit flavors, A really nice stout.

very interesting aroma on this one!
The orange, cloves, are there, but the cinnamon dominates, and the other flavors i cant find them. The cinnamon is actually getting a but cloying, and i must say i didnt enjoyt his very much. My wife loved it though. But i never have been a very big fan of spiced ales. its a well made good beer, just not my thing.

slightly hazy amber pour, aroma of berries, and honey. Flavor is sweet, butnot too sweet, not cloying at all, a very well balanced summer beer. Great stuff.

Volo Cask Days 2009.
Very spicy pumpkin ale. Lots of cloves, and cinnamon. The finish is sharp, and i would say a little prickly. Some decent hopping that is evident in the finish.

Simple, but very well made. Nothing exciting, just a solid balanced, well made thirst quenching lager. Good stuff.
