Can from the lcbo. Hazy orange, small white head. Pale cereals, musty fruit, wet paper. Mouth feel is good, carb is soft. Low bitterness, very dry finish, hints of tropical fruit. Extremly underwhelming.

Can from the LCBO. slightly cloudy yellow pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is soft cereals, hints of wheat, and some light citrus notes. Very light mouth feel, carb is soft. Low bitterness, watery finish, light citrus notes. Pretty light all around, a good gateway beer i suppose.

Can from the lcbo. Dark copper pour, small white head. Big caramel aroma, some nuttiness, and grassy hops. Mouth feel is a little thicker than expected, carb is quite low. Finish is sweet and a little syrupy. Could use a little more hops and bitterness to cut the sweetness. Meh.

500ml bottle
Golden pour, with the slightest of pink hues, and a tiny white head. Aroma is a tad skunky, with some light sweet berries. Raspberry isnt distinct at first, but as the beer warms, it comes through. The body is fine, and the carb is good. The finish is quite sweet, zero bitterness, and a tad watery. There really isnt much going other than a bit of skunkiness, some light slightly tart raspberry and some very light pale malts. Not bad, but not great.

Golden pour, small white head. Sweet mandarin aroma, lightly sweet malted cereals, bread, light yeast and some diacetyl. Light mouth feel, low carb. The finish is sweet, and next to no bitterness. Light tangerine, mandarin flavour, its subtle but there. The diacetyl really throws this off though.....otherwise it would be quite nice.

Solid grains, nice malts. Light grassy hops, medium carb, solid mouth feel. This isn’t a bad beer, but boring.

Amber ale needs to be changed. Black pour, small beige head. Roasty, fruity aroma with notes of cherry, and fresh brewed coffee. Thin mouth feel, very soft carb. Finish is very low on bitterness, sweet fruity malts, some light grassy hops, and quite a bit of sweet roast.

Cask Days 2013. Pink pour, pink head. Aroma of earthy soil, or straight up beet juice. Just a vegetal earthy aroma. The beets really just dominate and there is nothing else here. This is just beet juice.

500ml bottle. Clear copper pour, small beige head. Earthy ginger, lemon, and toasted cereals. Mouth feel is a little thicker than i expected. Finish is pretty much just earthy ginger, with subtle spice.
