Bouteille brune, 500 ml, lot 627, achetée chez Broue Ha Ha le 23 septembre 2020, savourée le 4 avril 2025; œil : cuivrée avec des reflets dorés, trouble, pas d’effervescence, anneau et île de mousse beige, pas de dentelle; nez : levure belge, pain, alcool, pomme, miel; bouche : levure belge, pain, alcool, pomme, léger chaleur d’alcool, miel, finale en alcool avec présence de pain, corsée, carbonatation légèrement sous la moyenne, moyennement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : j’aurais aimé l’avoir noté un peu plus haut

Hazy beige pour, with a rocky, off white head. Aroma is sour wheat, with a hint of green apple skins. A touch a salinity, very light body, soft carb, low tartness, low bitterness.

Golden pour, Rocky white head. Yeasty, herbal, lemon, pale cereals. Thin mouth feel, super lively carb. Odd berry flavour with some stone fruit in the end with a soft finish, and light bitterness. Weird beer.

Clear golden pour, large white head. Smells of yeasty apple juice. Full mouth feel, soft carb. Yeasty, boozy, light tropical fruit finish.

Hazy yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is fresh peeled mangi, with a sharp pithy grapefruit oil, and bitterness. Sour on the other hand... Not much.

Clear, very light gold, small white head. Soft flowery Hops, and cereals. Light bitterness, crisp and refreshing.

Incredibly malty, sweet, bready. Sharp, high bitterness, over the top carb. Dry, Candi sugar finish. Massive amounts of dark, overly ripe fruit, and brandy.

Hazy copper, large white head. Citrus zest, lemon, grapefruit, light mouth feel, light carb, low bitterness. Slightly juicy, refreshing. Better than expected.

Can from the brewery. Heavy resinous aroma and flavour, huge spruce and pine notes. Medium to high bitter, crisp, and dry finish.
