Huge fruity hop bomb! Tge fruit comes through quite a bit with some great yeasty esters. The big hop pinch mingles so well with the fruit flavors. Loads of apple, citrus, and pear. Tge finish is crisp and bitter with a little sour kick. Wicked stuff.

Bottle thanks ti fred82! Thank you!
Dark brown pour, huge fluffy white head.
Aroma: spices! Lots of them! Nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, and some wonderful brown sugar/bready bread puding malts.
Flavor: quite sweet, lots of bread, brown sugar and a boat load of complex spices.
Very complex and outstanding beer!

Bright copper pour, minimal white head.
Sweet orange aroma, and lots of sweet malts. Big mineral sharpness in the finish along with some medium bitterness. Overall there is a big malt bill here and it overshadows the hops.

Outstanding aroma of citrus and boat loads of grapefruit I love it. The flavor though is crazy sweet, it’s like an orange/lemon lillopop. Big sweet malt swetness and it really drowns the hops. The aroma is fantastic but it falls apart after that.

Very nice amber pour, wicked lacing and sticky head. A subtle citrucy aroma it’s a little muted, I would expect it to be q little more in your face. There are some nice malt notes, some more citrus, blood orange and a good amount of bitterneSs. There is one thing I didn’t like was that right before the great bitter finish there was a quite intense sweetness that I didn’t really enjoy. But overall it was a nice beer. I would to be able to get beers from this brewery In Ontario.

botle at the charlevoix brewpub. NICe golden pour with an ample bubbly white head. Great aroma of yeast, apple, lemon, and some subtle hops. A crisp refreshing beer that is outstanding to have on a summer patio. Crisp, and flavorful, an excellent example of a simple belgian ale.

on tap at the pub. Clear golden pour. Aroma of hops, and some biscuity malts. Flavor is more of the same, but its realy quite hoppy for a lager. I enjoyed it.

on tap at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow pour with a good amount of head. Aroma of wheat, and LOADS of corriander. A great summer beer, so refreshing, and flavorful, there is a great lemon flavor from all the corriander, and the subtle wheat.
