Pâle/dorée, col blanc crémeux tenace.
Arôme est frais et bien houblonné tirant sur un léger bouquet agrumes – ajout parfait de ce Chinook belge. Malt pils oscillant légèrement sur l’empâtage en rétro-nasal.
Palais est léger malté avec une note de pils et un abc à 7% qui passe bien. Plutôt sèche avec un retour houblonné qui revient en retrait sur des notes de pamplemousse, finement herbacé, pointe de ‘hop burn’ et épicé en retrait – fini est sec et poussiéreux.

Arôme au bouquet frais et très bien chargé en fraises – frais avec une petite touche terreuse. Touche printanière et florale. Citrique moins marqué au nez avec un léger rétro-nasal céréales.
Palais est d’une fraicheur intense de la fraise – ici pas de purée ou de sirop. Le fruit est entier et infusé assez de temps pour ne pas tirer trop sur le pourri de ces fraises gorgées en eau. Acidité plaisante de ce volet Berliner – citrique léger, douceur aigre-douce, haute effervescence et bien sèche en fin de bouche.

From tap at Mazette in Brussels 18.04.24. Cloudy straw colour. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of brett, camomile, rhubarb and acidity. Good. The bartender told me that they used the same yeast as for their sour dough.
