Bottle purchased a while ago at Wine Club. As soon as I loosened the cage the cork hit the ceiling, some post-gushing but not bad. Pour is a clear reddish orange, large beige head, dissipates fairly quickly, nice lacing. Aroma is funky, yeast, hay, fruity, vinous, dusty. Flavor is light sweet and medium funky, lots of yeast esters and fruitiness. Medium body, high carbonation.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced, biscuity and slight fruity. Soapy, spiced and light toasted. Mild bitter and slight herbal. Dry and mild spiced finish.

12oz pour at Red Apron in Union Market. Pours a cloudy, bright yellow with some frothy, lacing white head. Nose has a lot of spice and grass, overly yeasty, mildly medicinal, lots of pith. Flavor is like biting into an old lemon, pithy, tart, acidic, some clear medicine notes, yeast. Bitter finish. Not my favorite.

8oz pour at Al’s of Hampden pours a murky yellow with a ring of white head. Nose is mild, soap, juice, mild perfume, yeast, a little tums, some white grapefruit. Flavor is much better, sweet, honey, perfume, grapefruit, dandelions, pulpy. Crisp finish. Nice.

Draft at Max’s Belgian fest. Hazy golden color, white head. Aroma of lightly dusty straw. Taste is bitter, fruity, peppery, slightly sour. Nice.

4oz pour at Red Apron in Union Market. Pours a lightly hazy neon orange with a lot of active white head. Nose has a lot of dust, some dried cherry, some dried apple slices, a little honey, a little potpourri. Flavor has quite a bit of lemony/cherry tartness, some mild candy sweetness, a little grass, a little waxy crayon, some mild cider, poached pear, a little riesling. Lightly tart, prickly finish.

Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a gentle looking hazy yellowed orange color with a slim quarter finger white head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds.
The smell had a nice funky and somewhat sour but still a settling sweet citrus (grapefruit/mango/lemon rind and lemon) backed up by a light spice.
The taste was sharp fresh citrus sweetness over coating a light spice. There’s a nice citrusy sweet refreshing like but not watery aftertaste. I didn’t get any finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about this one. The carbonation comes across fairly smooth. I didn’t mind that it was lighter than most saisons as it created a very nice refreshing quality to this beer.
Overall, are all of Saint Somewhere’s beers this good? If so, I need to make an appearance to this fine brewery some day as this was an exceptional beer more than worthy of having again.
