Bottled. Pale amber, creamy head. Weak malt aroma. Medium sweet with creamy, soft mouthfeel, The deep malt flavours are lovely - caramel on top of butter! Low bitterness. A really good low key bock, once you get past the initial aroma.

Bottled. Copper colour, average head. Aroma of lingonberries. Lightly roasty, loads of toffee. Medium bodied and rather soft. The finish is mild and salty. An interesting beer.

Dark brown ale with a nice moka head. Sweet vinous aroma with lightly fruity notes. Sweet pungeant malt fragrant hops, with a light alcohol warmth in the end, Good bodied.

has an almost flat appearance and a very thing head. Grapefruit, Banana, spices cloy the nose. While the grapefruity body leads to a crisp dry finish

Cloudy golden ale with abundant foam. Fruity, yeasty aroma, with a hint of lacquer. Light body, quite yeasty, peachy notes. A little fizzy.

Copper colour with orange highlights and a thin off-white head. Aroma a bit musty and slightly sour. Thin-bodied; Mild flavour with a bit of malt. Aftertaste very subtle spicyness & maltiness. A weak bock, but a decent overall beer. I sampled this beer at Joey_Capps' on 13-September-2003 in Hamilton, Ontario.

Blonde in colour with a fairly thin white head. Sweet aroma, fairly malty with a bit of hops thrown in. Not many wheat characteristics, but a fairly nice nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Sweet flavour, no wheat characteristics at all. Overall, not very worthwhile to try. I sampled this beer at Joey_Capps' on 13-September-2003 in Hamilton, Ontario.

Golden, bright (why?). Light icing sugar and banana nose. Slightly acidic, wheaty.
