Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bitter and citrusy hops notes with light grain notes. Taste is also amix of grainy notes with some citrusy and bitter hops notes with a dry bittery finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable sessionable IPA.

O:6.51 V:4.813 G:5.969 C:3.331 G:12.107 T:32.73

Can: Poured golden color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light malt notes with some light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of light malt notes with some residual sugar notes with some really faint herbal notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Better than most NA beer out there and closer to your run of the mill golden ale.

First Quebec Schwarzbier of the night. Seems clear enough, dark brown colour with a copper-ruby highlights. The head is big frothy, almost creamy, very long lasting and with thick creamy lacing. The malts used in here give a beautiful nose of roasted malt base with coffee, nuttiness, hints of chocolate and fresh herbs. The taste is milder, with the burnt barley balanced with the hops in the finish. Not overly dry, but just well enough to be smooth in the mouth. Quite an easy-drinking Schwarzbier that is fine.

Hazy orange-yellow colour with a big frothy-creamy white cap, good retention and creamy-foamy lacing. Citrus nose with lemon zest, orange juices, lightly sweet oats and fresh grassy hops. The flavours shows the lemon zest tart, bitterness with a base of orange juices, oats and hints of spicy hops. A nice, slightly warming, bitter, drying Imperial IPA that goes down nicely.

Lightly hazed golden-orange colour with a fluffy-bubbly white cap, decent stay and some nice foamy streak lacing. Fruity peach aromas at first with some hints of honey in the base, as many lower alcohol brews have. Citrus zest taste with some mild juices from them, The peach and honey are showing a tad in the lingering flavours. Not a bad 2.5% ABV Session IPA, but not the hoppiest, or less sweet-fruity one.
