19/09/2018 - draught @Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Black with nice beige head. Dark malts, roasted, dark chocolate and coffee in the nose. Taste is dark malts, roast, coffee, bit ashy, dark chocolate, bit hops, bitter roast ashy ending. Solid!

Keg at GBBF 2018. It pours clear yellow with a medium, foamy white head. The aroma is sweaty, oily, savoury, hay, grass, lemon peel, cracker and must. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, tart, savoury, salty, earthy, lactic, seawater, minerals, cabbage and earth with a sweaty, herbal finish. Medium body and fine carbonation, prickly carbonation. Savoury. OK.

Keg. at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. Palate is prickly highish carbonation, toffee. Aroma is sweet brown malts, toffee apple,. Flavour is composed of burnt toffee apple, simple stuff. Meh. Bitter burnt sugars.

Keg at GBBF 2018. It pours hazy amber with a small yellowy beige head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, brown bread, toasty brown sugars, fruit cake, nectarine, tangy fruits and toasted nut. The taste is slick, chewy, bitter, brown bread, spicy, grassy, wood, leather, toasted nut and earth with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Decent spicy bitter.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 18 June 2018) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with bread, citrus and grass. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, citrus, grass, peaches, some dough and a mild grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hardly complex, but tasty and balanced. Quite nice.
