Description
To create new and unique beer styles that challenge people's perception of beer. In short: to create true Craft Beers.

The Brew By Numbers range features a handy naming convention, where the first number refers to the beer's style and the second number refers to the beer's recipe.

Initially a small scale brewer who first brewed in October 2012 based on Southwark Bridge Road, London. Moved to their current location, where a 10BBL plant is used, in June 2013.

Aroma of roasted malt, lots of chocolate, some coffee, lactose, slight hint of orange. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate roasty bitter finish. Slightly creamy. Mouthfeel and body are quite satisfactory. Real tasty Stout.

Aroma of citrus peel, slightly sour lemon, yeasty notes. Flavour is moderate tart with a light bitter finish. Nicely refreshing and easily drinkable, pretty good Witbier.

Aroma of floral, subtle funk, citrus, slightly tart fruits, soft orange, peppery notes. Flavour is light sweet with a light to moderate bitter finish. Nice complexity and balance.

Aroma of wheat, lots of strawberry, mango, tropical notes, cream. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet, but it’s a subtle kind of sweetness. High drinkability, great mouthfeel. Hope to drink this again.

Aroma of malt, caramel, tropical fruits, some citrus, red berries, pine, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Not smashing but an enjoyable hoppy Red Ale.

From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival, Nijmegen. Aroma of sour fruits, quince, a spicy note, some Saisony yeast, peppery notes. Flavour is moderate sour and light sweet. Very dry finish. Tasty.

From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival, Nijmegen. Aroma of grass, light citrus, roasted malts, grapefruit, hops. Flavour is medium bitter. Body is medium. A fine grassy Black IPA.

Bottle at home. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, pleasant fruity notes, dark fruits, hoppy notes, some coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium to full. Lovely fruity chocolate Stout, BBNO quality stuff.

Bottle at home. Aroma is coffee, mocha, roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa powder, bit fruity hops, slight touch of liquorice. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium, a bit creamy. Wow, what a lovely Porter. Lots of coffee and chocolate, which is entirely my preference, also lovely smoothness and high drinkability. Excellent!

Bottle at home. Aroma is fruity hops, citrus, orange, touch of wheat, tropical fruit notes. Flavour is medium bitter. Body is medium. Very crisp and refreshing citrussy IPA.
