Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is rich and chocolate forward with quite a bit of coconut. Light roast notes with a bit of bourbon. So much chocolate with quite a bit of coconut. A but of a suntan character, but not bad. Light alcohol spice. Pours black with a small, thin, dark mocha head that quickly recedes and disappears. Some floating chunks of coconut. No lacing and fairly long legs. Flavor is very sweet with lots of chocolate and quite a bit of coconut. Medium light roast notes with moderate bourbon and some faint oak. Medium bitterness. Lots of lingering chocolate and coconut. Light oily note. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied and a but oily with some medium light carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very nice beer. Lots of coconut with quite a bit of chocolate. Lighter bourbon notes, but it adds a nice background note. Coconut has a touch of a suntan character, but not too bad.

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, medium creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is grassy, green onion, garlic, peach, melon, pine. Flavor is light sweet, medium plus bitter, sharp, perfume, pine, grass and onions. Medium body, slick mouthfeel, kind of hot with a fair bit of lingering bitterness. Harsh. I hearby apologize to everybody I sent this too assuming it was guaranteed given the two brewers. Fortunately, that list only has Homer’s name on it, and he can handle it.
