330 ml bottle. Hazy, reddish, golden body with floaters and a dense, lasting off-white head. Aroma of tea, demara sugar, fruit and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet, malt, spices and alcohol. This beer is actually disgustingly sweet, but somehow balanced by alcohol in a challengingly way. I’m not offended by not totally happy, can’t say I dislike it either.

33cl bottle from ølbutikken. Best before date was not readable. pours coudy caramelly brown, offwhite head. aroma is slightly sour/citrussy(lime), cellary, soap, fruits. flavor was sour, fruity, berries, slight cellary. quite well balanced. sawdust??, caramel, alc well hidden. overall too sour and fruity for my taste, but i could sense a beer well crafted.

des Rocs is one of my favorite brewers and I was happy to finally see this beer on tap at Mugs. Poured into a pint (which I was very surprised to see, not cause of glass but just because of so much beer) with no head. It is completely murky gelatin with junk floating around, as always from the bottle but even on tap, damn guys. Aroma is all coriander, man I guess I forgot this was all damn coriander. It’s like Traquir Jacobite with just a Belgian yeast. Taste chugs right along with the coriander, which also takes on a tea aspect. In the end there is a bit of yeast fruitiness. Man, all coriander but still cool.

Bottled(750ml). -Dark brown coloured, small to medium off-white head, dried fruits nose. Sweet malty, caramel and dried fruits taste with notes of spices and plums. Alcohol is very noticable, a bit syrupy but very good Noel.

Bottle bought at Beerplanet, Bruxelles. Pours muddy amber reddish with the most creamy head ive ever seen. Nose is sweet and sour of cassis, wheat and yeast. Smooth mouthfeel and carbonation Herbal fruityness, close to picking up some liquorice. A fruitbeer unlike anything Ive tasted before. Quite interesting. Ends dry with sour cassis tingling my cheek.

Bottle from De Bierkoning. Well, something went terribly wrong here. Pours cloudy yellow/orange, white head. Aroma of glue, grain, very harsh and not pleasant. Flavour had the same notes, making this a drainpour. Need to re-rate someday.

Bottle, pours deep cloudy orange/brown with a medium white head. Aromas of hops, pine, orange and yeast. Creamy mouth brings a sweet and sour flavor of orange juice, ends dry with a lingering fresh hop finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle, pours dark brown with hints of red. A 2 finger light tan head. Aroma is fruity with some plum and dark candy sugar, mixed with light alcohol. Starts failry sweet with notes of honey, light bitterness and an alcohol burn in the finish. The mouth is light and has a crisp feel from the medium to heavy carbonation. Good beer.
