50cl bottle pours a clear, bright pink with zero head. Nose is very well balanced, honey, cherries, tart apples, rose wine, peach, a little perfume. Flavor is exceptionally well balanced; lightly sweet, lightly tart, peach jam, white zin, cherry, honey, golden raisin, watermelon, apple juice. Dangerously drinkable, mostly dry.

375 mL bottle. Pours ruby red and still, like a red wine. Sugary cherry aroma, honey, alcohol, slight plastic note. Oh wow. First sip lives up to the name, matching definite cherry with definite chili pepper. Sweetness of honey and smoky pepper back it up, with a slightly tart but still sweet finish and a slight chili pepper heat accompanying it. The chipotle just adds so much depth to this. Really, really ridiculously tasty.
