Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at the Bottle Shop. Pours clear copper-gold with a small, foamy topping. The nose holds ripe apples, toffee, yeast, caramel, doughy white bread. Medium to heavy sweet flavour with more toffee, butterscotch, white grape, alcohol, vanilla. Full bodied, lightly oily, with massaging carbonation. Warming finish, oily, sticky sweet, more vanilla, caramel and butterscotch, some ripe citrus. Good fun overall. Hearty, with nice depth.

Bottle 16.9fl.oz. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Mammoth Blondibock ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sugary, wood, rich malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, oak, rich malt, laber larver - candy. Bodney Towers bottle share. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy gold - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light dry creamy sweetness. Mildly sharp tangerine and lemon. Light dry finish. Fairly mellow.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place at the Ktwse tasting, 12/12/2017. Thamnks to LKS. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is vanilla, semi sweet, caramel, toffee, green apple. Flavour is compose dof tart lemon, tart wheaty, green hop, green . Tart. . wintergreen chocolate.

Bottle shared in Hackney - many thanks to Dave. Pours clear orange with a frothy, white cap. The aroma holds ripening citrus, tangerine, vague floral notes, melon. Light to medium sweet flavour with mild acidity, nips of lemony tartness, lightly doughy pale bread, more melon and tangerine. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Sweet finish with quite mellow citric tang. Enjoyable.

Bomber via trade, thanks Arturo @ Sebletitje post-Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Ambrée léger cuivre, col beige. Arôme au bouquet finement épicé, cannelle, pointe de chocolaté avec un petit rétro de grillé sur once d'effluves de café frais. Retrouve une petite influence de levure type lager, qcq notes maltée pâle, cara ambre, voire crystal pour un effet caramel café plaisant. Palais est léger, bien malté, notes fines de cannelle, chocolat modéré avec une effervescence qui est bien là et rehausse l'effet du malt. Belle fin de bouche qui regroupe le café, une douceur de vanille, chocolat en poudre/cacao avec une petite note d'amertume sur la fin, celle-ci virant sur le noble. Dark Lager / Schwarz bier bien ficelée.

Thanks to Sebletitje! Bomber sampled @ Sebletitje post-“Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017” dinner. Dark brown amber, tanned head. Nose is vegetable coffee, vegetable cacao, plants,… Taste is sweet vegetable cacao, tonka bean, weird weeds, sweet plants, sweet herbal, leaves, bay leaf,… Thin bodied. Not my thing, weird vegetable & thin but definitely a different kind of lager.

Clear reddish brown beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: alcohol, bit malty, spicy, oxidized, lots of coffee, some cinnamon touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, cinnamon, bit sourish, tonka bean (?), soft bitterness, bit roasted. Aftertaste: bit spicy, lots of cinnamon, bit sourish, pretty bitter, (caramel) malts.
