Strong ale with a complex, earthy maltiness. Seems like an English Strong Ale but with Belgian accents.

A Belgian-style session ale, but comes off fairly robust for its size.......

Re-rate: Murky brown appearance. Heavy maple syrup aroma to the point where all else is hard to find. Big maple flavour, fairly sweet. Different, interesting, but a little lacking in the beer component.
Tan-coloured strong ale made with maple syrup and smoked malt. These flavours are a little more subtle than I would hope for, though the maple does show in the sappy finish. Overall, this is a yeasty, malty ale. Ar 6 Ap 2 F 6 P 3 O 12
