Bottle from the Cooperative Supermarket in the seaside town of Cromer, but I took this one away from the town centre to drink elsewhere at a later time. Healthy clear golden with a small head. Pretty standard but with a notable body to it.

Keg at the Hawkstone taproom between Stow on The Wold and Bourton, 23/11/24. Pale golden blonde topped with a lasting white head ... full glass lacing ensues. Nose is pale malts, subtle herb, grass, toasted grains. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, grains, hedgerow, lemon rind, grains. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation leasing to a drying close. Decent enough simple logger-bier.
