Description

Due to insolvency bought by Brauerei Kühbach in 2024.

Bottle (thanx to Jonas!): Golden, white fluffy head, moderate sweetish-grainy to dusty-malty nose; moderate - as well - sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; slightly drier citrussy-malty finish. O.K. , but a bit monotonous.....

(bottle) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly draffy malty aroma with notes of woody hops and a tinge of citrus. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Pale malt-character with slightly woody hop accents; sweet-bitter finish with a rounded hop and malt ratio. Unspectacular but balanced and likeable. 26.X.11

Bottle looks good, the beer in the glass dark, almost black, small head. Starts malty and a bit metallically, quite fruity from the beginning, notes of plum. Finish a bit milder, modest sweet, still fruity-malty. Not bad!

Bottle. Dark brown with a full off white head. Full aroma of tangy malt. Flavour is a bit light with a creamy roasted slant. Flavour grows as you go down the glass. Finishes creamy
